LeakAware is an app created by a property manager, with the property manager in mind.
Ryan Wehner had a problem. A property of his typically ran a monthly water bill of $2,500. One month, the bill suddenly increased to more than $10,000. He wanted to create a way to identify water problems before the next costly bill.
LeakAware was born out of that desire.
